The communication software with TeamUnify is a big deal. Great for our swim team, but better for the club. With SMS text message alerts, pool staff can communicate informational updates in seconds, such as pool closures due to weather, keeping our accounts informed real-time. The card payment processing system has been a massive time-saver for me as treasurer. I used to receive more than 100 individual standing order payments into the club accounts which I had to manually allocate to swimmer accounts. That took at least 8-10 hours per month.
